At Renewtech in Aars, we’re looking for a new teammate to join our customer service team. You don’t need to know everything about IT from day one — we hire people, not just résumés. And we’ll make sure you get the onboarding, support, and knowledge you need to feel confident in our systems, products, and ways of working.

Job Description

As part of our customer service team, you’ll be the front line of the customer experience at Renewtech. You’ll play an important role in how customers experience our solutions — and in helping us deliver high-quality, sustainable IT in a smarter way.

You can expect a varied workday with responsibility and close collaboration across teams. No two days are the same, and that’s a big part of what makes this role both engaging and meaningful.

Your tasks will include:
  • Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat — always with a strong focus on quality and great service
  • Ensuring fast and accurate handling of webshop orders
  • Assisting with questions about products, deliveries, and returns
  • Following up on claims and making sure every customer feels heard and supported
  • Identifying customer needs as well as additional sales opportunities

You’ll have responsibility, but never stand alone. We work closely across teams, share knowledge, and support each other to find the best solutions.

Your profile

We imagine you:
  • Have a natural service mindset and enjoy working with customers
  • Are structured and good at creating an overview
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate fluently in both Danish and English — additional languages are a plus as we work with customers around the globe (but not required)
  • Are a team player who values collaboration and contributing to something bigger than yourself
